I perform a competitive analysis focused on conversion strategies by Looking at competitors’ sales funnels and CTAs (Calls to Action) and organize brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to generate innovative ideas, followed by user journey mapping to outline the user’s interactions with the product from start to finish. I identify user flows and use heatmaps and session recordings to pinpoint drop-off points and optimize the user journey for increased conversions. I then develop low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the basic structure and layout of the product.
